We are not a traditional MSP delivering typical services (IaaS, BaaS, SOCaaS & Monitoring etc), we consider ourselves as a next generation MSP that focuses specifically on managing services that are related to AI, ML, HPC, SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle), MLOps, Kubeflow and the entire Data stack (including SQL & NoSQL Databases).

Our expertise in Software Engineering and CI/CD lends itself particularly well to this cradle to the grave service, as we are able to design and deliver pipelines, MLDC (Machine Learning Delivery Cycle), SDLC, Inference, Data Analytics, Data Visualisation and manage all elements of this journey so the customer can focus on defining business goals that we can help them solve.

We like to start with a discovery phase so that we can adequately understand the business, the business goal, the data landscape, processes and the internal skills available. Once a discovery workshop (with key stakeholders) is complete, we will select 3x specific solution areas to move to a PoC.

If the PoC is successful, we can then discuss moving the PoC into a fully managed R&D / Production roll out for the business (fully managed). This works exceptionally well for companies that don’t have large teams of Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Data Analysts or businesses that would prefer to outsource these elements to reduce TCO.

One area of our managed services offering that compliments the initial services contract is CDOaaS (Chief Data Officer as a Service) or providing a Head of Data to sit within the exec /  senior management team. CDOaaS service is an agile and cost effective way to support your senior leadership with their daily data responsibilities.

The CDO plays a pivotal role in being able to transform how your business collects, stores, secures and analyses Data. It is a fairly new role and is mostly deployed at larger enterprise businesses, however it is a critical position that shouldn't be overlooked and can be outsourced with a day a week from a Senior Data Specialist who can assist in driving the current, target and future state, Data landscape within your business.
