We know that hundreds of days of development can save hours of planning, but we have no problems with planning, so we start cooperation with our partners from a discovery phase. Whether it is a well defined set of requirements which needs an implementation plan, or an open-ended cooperation in a new environment, we collect business constraints and propose targets, metrics and deliverables which in our opinion benefit the client most.

Since the purpose of any projects should be a change in the client company processes, software cannot be the ultimate goal. We create new capabilities in the client’s company, which requires handing over exceptional documentation, both technical and end-user focused.

The discovery phase allows us to understand our clients and align our goals with theirs, for maximum efficiency of benefit realisation cycle.
